Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised travel agents.
• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• Only credit card payments are accepted. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
• A confirmation email will be sent once the payment has been completed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 61 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 22 to 60 days before check-in will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 2 to 21 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• In the case of cancellations due to force majeure, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or pandemics, please contact us directly. Special arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Changes to Booking
• Changes to your booking, such as dates or number of guests, are subject to availability. Please contact us by email to request changes.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
• Changes made within 21 days of the check-in date may not be accepted.
4. Travel Insurance
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or accidents.
• We are not liable for any accidents, theft, or damages that occur during your stay or while travelling.
5. Guest Responsibilities
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise specified for certain properties).
• Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours during your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of items, and may be required to cover repair or replacement costs.
6. Liability Disclaimer
• Skiing and snowboarding involve natural risks. Participation is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during your stay or while participating in activities.
• We are not responsible for third-party services such as lift passes, transport, or other external arrangements.
7. Privacy Policy
• We collect only the personal information necessary to manage bookings and improve our services.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
